If quality problems are caused by our manufacturing, we will replace or repair the defective products. If customers cannot accept the solution, the payment will be refunded to the buyer's bank account or credited for future orders.

Please note: We will not reimburse for unexpected costs, including labor or other costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product.

Exceptions:

• Product had been modified by the user.
• Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or specification.
• Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.
• Product defect was not related to original functionality, including third-party modifications.
• Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer.
• If returned product is found to be non-damaged, it will be returned at customer's expense.
