Product Description

Magnetic Level Gauge provides clear, high clarity indication of liquid level. Principally designed as an alternative to glass level gauges, these gauges are available in top-bottom, top, and side-mounted constructions with indicator systems like Capsules and Bi-colour Rollers. The system consists of three major components: Float Chamber, Float, and Indicator System.

Operating on the principle of magnetic field coupling, the float chamber is constructed with non-magnetic pipe. The float contains magnets providing a 360° magnetic flux field, ensuring accurate fluid level information based on pressure, temperature, and specific gravity.

📍 Basic Model Suitable for liquid medium with pressure < 4.0MPa and temperature < 200ºC.
🧪 Anti-corrosion Model Uses PTFE lined stainless steel, PPR, or PVC for acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
🔥 Jacketed Model Designed for insulation and heating (steam, water cycle, vacuum, or electric heating).
🏗️ High Temp/Pressure Handles up to 520ºC and 32MPa working pressure.
